Groundhog Day in September?

If you've seen the movie Groundhog Day, (my husbands favorite movie!). Bill Murray, a weatherman gets caught in a time warp, and relives the same day over and over again. September is a bit like that for me with all of the birthdays (4 total in September). I bake the cake, decorate the cake, put up the balloons and crepe paper and wrap the presents. They blow out the candles, open the presents and eat the cake. We take down the decorations and start all over again and then again! One of these years I'll get smart and leave the same decorations up all month!!

Elica had a little too much fun dressing up her brother, and Kason was more than willing to let her! I might need to send him to my brother Jesse for counseling. I think I dressed him up as a girl 1 too many times as a kid (sorry Jess:)

The Flyboys Premiere

Finally!!! So the movie that Lisle wrote the music for a few years ago is done after a long 6 years! I thought I was going to be attending this premiere while prgnant with Kason:) Lisle and I got to walk the Red Carpet and of course I didn't see the one step there was and tripped. I'm sure there is a picture somewhere with me tripping, I'd love to find it for a good chuckle. The Flyboys movie was awesome and the music was even better!!! The movie is showing in St. George and Mesquite and will be released up here September 12th, so look for it!

Camping!!

I love going camping every summer! It always amazes me how much you pack just to camp overnight!! And of course it's worth it!! This year I was so happy to have talked Jen and Shannon in to going with us, who consider staying in a hotel camping:) (Jenn we missed you!) The kids had fun climbing, playing in the stream of water and getting completely dirty! The best part was of course the food, the dutch oven dinner was amazing and before leaving we all got into a bit of a water fight.
